At Custom By Estee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
